This PR adds Webpack’s official design tokens to doc-kit.config.mjs to align the documentation UI with our brand identity.
Key Changes:
Branding: Set web.title to webpack and linked the official logo.
Theming: Added accentColor: '#1C78C0' (Webpack Blue) for consistent styling.
Technical Context:
While @node-core/doc-kit issue #665 is still in progress, landing these configurations now ensures a seamless transition as soon as upstream custom component support is finalized.
