Establish checkmake config with overriding maxBodyLength#224

Checkmake v0.3.x set the body length limit to _5_, which is lower than some of the existing bodies. checkmake/checkmake#187 proposes to make maxbodylength an info-level thing that doesn't fail checks, but it's not been agreed to or implemented yet.
