Add a new 'Assets' dashboard doc (content/docs/dashboard/assets.mdx) and accompanying image (content/docs/images/assetmanager_1.jpg). Register the new page in content/docs/dashboard/meta.json and update src/lib/changelog-entries.json (lastUpdated and entries) to reflect recent documentation changes.
