Closes #1665

Summary

This change updates the conformance testing wrapper to support tests that sign a bundle with a DSSE envelope.

Release Note

  • Updated the conformance wrapper to accept an --in-toto flag for the sign-bundle (sign) command, which in that case will call the sign_dsse API

did you test this with conformance main anywhere or should we wait until conformance release?

(alternatively could also change the conformance commit in this PR just to get the confirmation test run, and then revert that change)

I've added a commit to run conformance on main, and conformance tests pass.

I've reverted the commit running conformance on main.
