- Introduced `skills` command to manage Render agent skills for AI coding tools. - Added `install` subcommand to facilitate the installation of skills from the Render skills repository. - Implemented functionality to detect installed AI coding tools and install skills accordingly. - Included options for dry-run installations and tool-specific installations. - Created supporting functions for skills detection, installation, and metadata handling.
