Absolute Johannes factotum

SCP-4548 (?)
SCP-4548 is a dangerous, mind-affecting green star that appears in the night sky to people who have either seen it directly or become aware of it, especially those experiencing loss, hardship, or anxiety. Looking at SCP-4548 causes increasing anxiety, paranoia, and a disturbing inability to tell the difference between normal human emotions and malice, eventually leading individuals to feel hostility from everything around them, including their own bodies and identity, often ending in a catatonic state. People affected also constantly hear voices from the star and see it even with their eyes closed, and containment involves suppressing information about it and using computerized voices to communicate with those afflicted.
Eigengrau (?)
Eigengrau, also known as intrinsic gray or brain gray, is the uniform dark gray background color that many people perceive when there is no visible light. This phenomenon is perceived as lighter than an actual black object in normal lighting conditions because the visual system prioritizes contrast over absolute brightness. Research suggests its cause lies in an intrinsic source of noise within the retina, specifically the thermal isomerization of rhodopsin molecules in rod cells, which produces random events indistinguishable from actual photon responses.
