Description

Converts scenario 3c to a forked simulation.

Note: Test failures are unrelated https://github.com/onflow/FlowYieldVaults/actions/runs/22596031626/job/65466138035#step:9:1299

For contributor use:

  • Targeted PR against master branch
  • Linked to Github issue with discussion and accepted design OR link to spec that describes this work.
