Summary

• Added new documentation page for the related topics feature, which displays relevant page suggestions at the bottom of each documentation page
• Documented both automatic (search-based) and manual (frontmatter-based) modes, dashboard configuration, and per-page frontmatter overrides
• Added relatedPages frontmatter field to the pages reference

Shipped with @mintlify/dashboard@0.1.3739: related topics helps readers discover relevant content by showing links to related pages at the bottom of each documentation page. It supports automatic suggestions via search and manual overrides through frontmatter.

Overview
Adds a new Related topics documentation page describing how to enable/configure related-topic suggestions (automatic search-based vs manual) and how to override/disable them per page via frontmatter.

Updates navigation (docs.json) to include the new page under Optimize, and extends the Pages reference to document the relatedPages: string[] | false frontmatter field with a link back to the new guide.
