…dLayerNormalization ops Add conversion patterns for Microsoft domain SimplifiedLayerNormalization and SkipSimplifiedLayerNormalization ONNX ops to Torch dialect. These implement RMS normalization (input/sqrt(mean(x^2)+eps) * gamma) with support for 1-4 output variants and optional skip connections with bias.
