Fix aten.item issue in subsequent Torch-to-TOSA conversions
When I try to convert this model https://huggingface.co/webnn/yolo12n/blob/main/onnx/yolo12n_fp16.onnx to tosa using torch-mlir, I got
error: failed to legalize operation 'torch.aten.item' that was explicitly marked illegalThis PR fix the problem.
