Pull request overview
This PR fixes a documentation typo in the Convert.ToString method description where "hexadecimal" was incorrectly listed twice. The corrected text now properly lists all four valid base conversions: binary, octal, decimal, and hexadecimal.
Key changes:
- Corrected duplicate "hexadecimal" reference to include the missing "octal" base
- Improved sentence structure for better readability
