On the offsite website, you use hello@devopsdays.at and in your sponsor document you use sponsor@devopsdays.at, as in your commented part in line 11.
While I do not agree with allowing full offsite website, global core is fine with that.
However global core does inforce that the emails be routed through the official devopsdays email, being graz@devopsdays.org as in your mail.yaml, as stated above that is not the case.

@toshywoshy thanks for the explanation! I edited our website so that it uses graz@devopsdays.org. I also let my colleague Sandra know that we need to change that in the sponsor material.
I now also updated the Call For Proposals, but now some pipelines fail :(
