fix(docker)!: move DOCKER_HUB_USERNAME from secrets to input

Description

Deployment URL would not show because it could contain a secret ("lizardbyte"), which was a legacy secret from before vars existed.

This will require updates in the two repos that call this workflow (Sunshine, support-bot).
