Deprecate KnowsTask

[Copilot]

KnowsTask (the knows task) is marked for removal in the next major release. This PR adds the deprecation signal.

Changes

• KnowsTask: Added @Deprecated annotation + @deprecated Javadoc; task action now emits a logger.warn deprecation message at runtime
• Changelog: Added Deprecated entry under [Unreleased]
