  • Pin black>=25,<26 to avoid formatting changes introduced in v26
  • Pin isort>=5,<6 and mypy>=1,<2 for consistency

black 26.1.0 was recently released with formatting changes that cause lint CI to fail. Pinning to major versions prevents unexpected breakages when new major versions are released while still allowing patch/minor updates.
