We noticed an increased in machines getting "command not found" errors from azure-cli version
2.84.It appears machines are struggling to load modules within the
60second thread timeout, and are not loading the command table correctly and getting "command not found" errors. Retry logic on machines means command table cannot be loaded if it hits the timeout, and continues on to hit a "command not found" error.Default module timeout increased to
120.We add
core.module_load_timeoutaz config parameter to manually control the timeout threshold.Also add telemetry field
