Welcome to the DocumentDB for VS Code Extension 🎉

Hello everyone, and welcome to the DocumentDB for VS Code Extension discussion space! 🙌 We’re excited to become a part of the open-source community with this project. This extension is being developed transparently, in the open, and we’re committed to sharing our progress, challenges, and achievements with all of you.

Our Mission

We aim to be the primary tool in VS Code for developers working with DocumentDB and MongoDB databases. Our focus is on making database interactions straightforward and efficient for all developers.

To support extensibility, we will provide an open API with multiple integration points. This will allow anyone to add functionality, either through direct code contributions or by creating separately distributed VS Code extensions.
