Issue with GitHub Copilot Free Plan Quota Not Resetting on GitHub, Visual Studio, and VS Code

Hello,

I am writing to report an issue regarding my GitHub Copilot free plan usage.

Prior to March 16, 2026, I had reached 100% of my monthly chat message quota. As expected, I waited until March 16 for the quota to reset. However, my usage has not been reset, and I am still unable to access the chat features as intended under the free plan.

Additionally, I am experiencing this issue across multiple platforms, including the GitHub website, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code.

I would appreciate your assistance in reviewing my account and resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side.
