Add general nuget stats to the landidng page

Some ideas:

1. How many new packages per week
2. how many downloads per week (across all packages)
3. how many new versions per week
4. Some stats live on the landing page of nuget.org: https://www.nuget.org/ it's OK if we repeat it
5. tools vs library vs symbols etc?
