For each feature of an accessibility feature class we are using the entire polygon mesh corresponding to the class instead of the object

We will have to refine this to get the mesh corresponding to the specific feature, especially when there are multiple instances of the same class.

At the moment, the mesh is only used to estimate attributes for the sidewalk, which tends to have only one feature, but even for sidewalks, it would be prudent to have a feature-level mesh.
