Dipplin, Loyal Three, Ogerpon, and Terapagos all incorrectly labeled as Gender Unknown (-1)

Issue

The following Pokemon from the Scarlet and Violet DLC, mostly Legendaries, are all labeled with a gender_rate of -1, Gender Unknown, when it isn't the case:

• Dipplin and Terapagos (1:1 gender ratio, should be 4)
• Okidogi, Munkidori, and Fezandipiti (always male, should be 0)
• Ogerpon (always female, should be 8)

Expected outcome

These Pokemon show up with their correct gender ratios.
