Runegraft of Consecration doesn't scale with consecrated ground effect

Check version

What is the value from the calculation in-game?

"Consecrated Ground you create grants 30% increased Mana Regeneration Rate to you and Allies" scales with modifiers to effect of consecrated ground you create

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

It always grants 30% regardless of modifiers to consecrated ground effect

How to reproduce the issue

1. Take any passive/item/etc that increases effect of consecrated ground you create (e.g, Devotion passive)
2. Add Runegraft of Consecration to the passive tree
3. Check calcs tab -> mana -> recovery -> detailed breakdown
